5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Vradenok platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, software, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Vradenok or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but you grant Vradenok a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for operating and improving the platform.
6. Content Access and Subscriptions
Access to masterclasses and premium content may require payment of fees. By subscribing or purchasing access, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Provide accurate payment information
Understand that fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings.
7. Content Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous access, Vradenok does not guarantee that:
The platform will be available at all times without interruption
Content will remain available indefinitely
All technical issues will be resolved immediately

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Vradenok in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
